On-call Services – WBO Surveys

Under and on-call contract with an engineering firm, DSG conducted surveys, trapping and relocation for the western burrowing owl (WBO) (Athene cunicularia hypugaea) for a warehouse expansion project in Tolleson, Arizona. Relocation was necessary due to the project’s warehouse expansion.

A total of four owls were trapped, transported to rehabitation facilities and ultimately relocated to new owl habitat in the southwest valley.
