Arizona Heritage Trail

Del Sol Group is completing environmental compliance of several trail alignments in Bullhead City.  The trail alignment will connect to the Nevada side trails within the Lake Mead National Recreation Area (http://www.laughlintrails.org/), managed by the National Park Service. 

Since the project is proposed on federal lands, compliance with NEPA is required and Del Sol Group will be preparing an Environmental Assessment for up to three alternatives across federal lands.  The Bureau of Reclamation will be the lead federal agency to determine if impacts to key resources will result in a finding of no significant impact.  The EA is expected Summer 2016 with construction in 2017.
